Safety Leadership

No dialogue no change. In our view, the actions of the employees are therefore the key to improving safety. Changing the behavior of employees depends to a great extent on the ‘tone’ set by managers. If managerial employees learn what the impact of their actions is in a change process, you can take safety to a higher level.
